Club Med
Walgreen’s Drugs
Lunesta 3mg 30 count One by mouth at bedtime as needed for sleep AI=Eszopiclone
Tramadol 50mg 240 count w/2refills Take 2 by mouth four times daily as needed for pain AI=Tramadol
Hydrocodone/apap 10mg/500mg 30 count one by mouth every night at bedtime as needed for nighttime pain. AI=Hydrocodone
Cyclobenzaprine 10mg 90 count Take one by mouth three times daily =AI Cyclobenzaprine
All of the above tell me not to operate heavy machinery or operate a motor vehicle but does that include driving my pc on the internet information superhighway? All of the above medication MAY also be taken with foods except for the Lunestra it says specifically don't take after a high fat heavy meal. What the hell else is there to eat, "Tuscan Chicken Flavored Wheat Crackers with a Soy-Latte"? Shit so I guess the late night snacking and eating is out. The Lunestra also says that I shouldn't take it unless I can get a full nights rest. I haven't had one of those in months so maybe I can now.
I've posted all this since I have a horrible memory and if I forget something then I can just refer back to the Blog so this is kind of convenient. Maybe I'll start posting stuff that I've loaned out and conversely have also borrowed.
This blogging phenomenon has seriously altered my life. I kept a journal once or twice in my life when I was younger but screw all that writing crap now I keyboard my journal live on the internet. I don't care who reads it. I find this really cathartic and empowering. It makes me feel better and it keeps me from screaming and ranting and raving like Richie did tonight when he called me. If you want details then bug the shit out of Richie he has his own Blog.
If this Blog gets all weird and Hunter S. Thomson'ish then forgive and blame the drug(s) I just popped.
I had some shit I wanted to complain about like "blind conference calls" and scope creep but the details of exactly why I was bothered are being rapidly replaced by mild hallucinations and general muscle numbness. (The drugs, the drugs, the drugs...).
Oh yeah, I have two more meds that I need filled but due to the rising cost of health care and the fact that we have a republican controlled government I can barely afford the co-pays. I should die and come back as a lawyer/pharmacist/politician then I could screw my interns, dope up my kids, and enjoy pork-barrel spending and evade speeding tickets by saying that I'm on my way to a government function and I can't be detained.
Life is good when you’re high.
(Where is my Bob Marley's Greatest Hits CD anyway)?

In local news they found that fucking low-life creepy ass kid that threw a cinder block off the walkway over I630 and killed a mother and almost killed her kid. I hope they stick his sweet ass in a cell with some ass-raping gang banger who has a drooping eye and raging syphilis.
My website is making some more progress. I'd like to encourage everyone to sign up for my newsletter, you can find the link on this blog. It’s a couple of Blog posts down the page. I don't know why the link shows the arkansasheartsgallery.com URL that I have registered. It's a parked domain but I guess since I manage my own PHP database and the domain is tied to my web host customer ID it just shows up first. I have to find some way to exclude that and the other six domains I have parked. I guess that since it's first alphabetically then it just shows up but that's kind of gay and I'm going to fix it eventually.
Work is going fairly well with the exception of actually having to work. I have this ever increasing list of stuff I'm trying to get done but I just can't seem to get to it all. I'm trying to delegate out as much as I can but it's hard. I'm doing better and the crew is really coming along so that makes everything else easier.
Aside to Richie: If you don’t Blog about your problem from tonight I will. I share Ritchie’s frustration about the simple stuff.
I felt compelled to create some kind of 8 Simple Rules for Tech Support after talking to Richie so here it goes:
1) Always ask good questions and get examples of the problem "Show me the Member", "Show me the error message"!
2) Double check what you were told against what you can actually see. (Don't just take their word for it).
3) Stick to the established Routine and think through the process.
4) Backup, Backup, Backup.
5) Keep the client in the "loop" and let them move on while you wonder what the next step is.
6) When you can't figure it out start over at the beginning. Simple shit first.
7) Re-read the documentation if it exists. If it doesn't exist then create it yourself or request that it be created.
8) Escalate before your problem explodes into a big ball of dis-jointed emails.
I'll work on the list later.
Good Night I can barely see enough to read now.
